   At MargERP, we work to provide our customers with trustworthy and high-quality desktop accounting and ERP software. We sell the MargERP application to consumers after a demo and a 15-day trial period; apparently, the user is familiar with the application before purchasing. We recognize that there may be circumstances in which you need to request a refund. Please read our refund policy thoroughly before making a purchase.

1.1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• Marg ERP provides a seven-day money-back promise to all new customers.
• If you are not completely happy with your purchase within the first 7 days after purchase, you can request a full refund.
• Requests for refunds must be filed with our customer service team within 7 days.

1.2. Eligibility for Refund:

• To receive a refund, you must show proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
• Refunds will not be provided if the software has been used after the trial period, or if the activation code has been shared or compromised.

1.3. Processing Time:

• Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving your refund request and verifying your eligibility.

2. Perpetual Licenses:

• Perpetual licenses are non-cancelable since they allow customers to purchase the program just once.

3. Policy Changes:

• Marg ERP retains the right to amend or update its refund and cancellation policy at any moment. Customers will be advised of changes via our website or email notifications.
